Planning & Design
Our planning process starts with understanding your vision for your project, so our team can deliver a solution that surpasses your expectations. During our appointment, we will sit down with each homeowner, to fully understand what you would like to do, what you envision, your budget and material options.
During our design process, we will walk the space with you and take measurements of the existing area. We find that most homeowners like to look at pictures of our previous work to view our quality and craftsmanship, to see what is possible or to gain additional ideas! As we draw out a custom design for you, we will guide you through decisions like materials, design specifications, size requirements, and budget! Based on your decisions, we provide a price on the same visit.
Of course, you wouldn’t make a decision first, without knowing a little about us as a company – so we are here to answer your questions about us and our process.
Once the plan has been designed, and you’re ready to move forward, we will sign a contract with all necessary material addendums for your project.
Permits & HOAs
In order for your new build to be in compliance with the City of San Antonio, or any other Municipality, we will submit for all permits, if needed, on your behalf. We also take care of all required HOA submissions.
Construction
After signing a contract, we will be in communication with you to let you know as materials are ordered and the construction start date. We start off by preparing the site, excavating, or taking out any existing structures. Once the materials have been delivered, we start building your vision!
Inspection
As the project is being built, we come out to inspect and walk the project with you during each phase. If a permit is required, City inspectors will be called out for a next-day inspection.
Clean Up
Our workers will clean up the construction area to be free of debris daily. Once the project is complete, our workers will leave your home with a complete construction clean up. With pick-ups scheduled within a few days of completion.
